I have gone here for multiple pets over the span of 15 years. I have always received amazing and compassionate care each and every time. I am so grateful for this place and these people. Thank you. Blue pearl staff, we did make it down to the mission and livewell veterinary last week and our puppy with the traumatic kidney injury made it!! Thank you Dr. Hart!! This has taken me months to do because it involves my soul cat, Grimm, and the loss still feels so heavy. However, I need the clinic staff and anyone needing their services to know that, despite it feeling like one of the hardest days of my life, the care they provided for both him and me made that day a little easier to bear. I’m so grateful for them, and for their empathy that day. I’d just gotten home that morning from what ended up being a 22 hour work day, and saw that my 17 year old, Grimm, was struggling. Someone was home with him the whole time I was gone, and had noticed he was purring a little rougher than usual, but nothing seemed urgent. It makes me feel like he held off as long as he could til I could be with him, because the change was drastic. I knew logically that it was time, but it will Always feel like he went too soon, of course. When I brought him in, everyone was so nice and comforting. They let me talk through my feelings, gave insight without being overbearing, and helped make every step of the process as easy as they possibly could. They made sure my boy was comfortable and cared for in his final hours, and let my family and I experience this loss without making us feel rushed or anything. I know this is a long post, but I wanted to share my experience and the gratitude I have felt in the months since having to send Grimm on his journey over the rainbow bridge. We drove our boy in from an hour and a half away to the emergency clinic. He ended up having a fever of 104.7 and pneumonia, so im so glad we brought him in. Everyone we encountered was kind and efficient. We didn't wait long at all, and Dr. Hart deserves a special shout out. Typically, bringing your dog to an ER is a scary experience. Dr. Hart was so kind and took time to explain what his recommendations where and why. He was very mindful about the cost of ER visits and was up front on what benefits we'd receive from certain things and which things would likely give us SOME information but be a larger cost burden. It didn't feel like any recommendation was a predatory upsell like Ive had at other er vets. Overall we left feeling like we knew exactly what was done as what it all meant. I hope I don't ever have to again, but if I need to use ver er services, I will come to Blue Pearl and hope yo see Dr. Hart again. Thank you all for taking care of my boy and for giving is some reassurance and confidence in his speedy recovery

Amazing people work there! The doctor saved our bulldog by prescribing medication nobody had told us about, she has heart disease and thanks to Dr Marissa Blomstrand, we have some extra time with our sweet girl! Thank you so much Dr Blomstrand❤️
