The clinic is very clean, set up well for animal safety and privacy, the staff go above and beyond and they are reasonable with pet healthcare costs.I really appreciate Dr. Wictor, Kelsey and staff for their compassion for animals and their humans. I have taken my dogs and my parrot here and cannot thank them enough.

Call three times and got no answer, Showed up to find out you don't do walk-ins, and you turn me away with this little girl.

I’ve been going to Northern Woods Animal Hospital for a few years now and their care, attention to detail, and compassion is unmatched. I have never felt so heard by a veterinary clinic— especially in regard to exotic animals. My guinea pigs, while terrified of the vet, are treated SO well here. The staff know how to hold guinea pigs properly and pay attention to all the little squeals, squeaks, and squirming they do. All my questions are answered in detail, and I never feel anxious (so important with exotics too!) I highly, HIGHLY, recommend this clinic for veterinary care. Dr. Wictor is knowledgeable, intelligent, detail-orientated, and genuinely cares about the animals (and people) she works with. All members of staff I’ve worked with are extremely pleasant to be around and listen to my weird guinea pig stories (thanks for having a laugh about his survivor party and justin timberlake complex).
