Excellant service. Dr Lisa was very thorough and knowlegable. Overall a great experience.

My cat, Goose, was an emergency transfer from Blue Pearl. They treated him with love and compassion. He needed urgent surgery, and they were very straightforward about pricing, recovery, etc. They also took my concerns seriously when we suspected an infection, and moved his appointment earlier. They worked with us on medications, and listened to our concerns with oral medication. They taught us how to give him injectable medication and answered all of our questions. When he was being hospitalized, we realized that the hoodie in the kennel may have been peed on, and we asked them to leave it out of his kennel. When we picked him up, they had put the hoodie through the laundry and folded it nicely for us. When it was time to take him home, he had found comfort in the litter box they provided. he did not want to get out of it. They said we could keep it. When we realized we couldn't fit it in the kennel through the door, one of the staff members helped me disassemble the kennel so Goose could stay in his litter box 💅 Above and beyond!

Easily the best vet clinic in Duluth. All my dogs are handled with the utmost love and care. I have a nearly 16 year old girl and she's treated like a queen every time. The doctors and staff are so knowledgeable and helpful! They're worth every cent.

I wanted to send a big thank you for the extremely kind and compassionate care we received at this clinic. We originally came to this clinic to discuss options for our dog Gus who recently had been diagnosed with cancer, but after an ultrasound it became apparent that the cancer was more widespread than we had thought and had caused his spleen to rupture and him to become critical. We had to make the horrific decision to euthanize him, and through this awful time this vet clinic showed nothing but compassion, care, and kindness. They ensured that our dog had the best last moments outside in the sun with us and never made us feel rushed. They gave us ink prints of his paws and nose and sent us a signed letter in the mail with personal messages. I am incredibly grateful to this clinic for helping Gus through this time and for their dedication to animals. A special thank you to Dr Lundberg and her staff.
