Worst experience ever. Brought pet in , they basically told us that it would be about 2000.00 just for some X-rays and a vet to see us, when we could not afford that they told us that we should not own an animal , and then charged us 65.00 for just coming in to ask…..Ridiculous, not helpful and just plain rude.

Great experience at this vet’s office! Staff were very friendly, professional, and caring. Last year, we brought our 23 yo cat in to be euthanized on a weekend and their kindness was remembered. We live 45 minutes away so using vet services in Duluth is not that convenient; however, I will be bringing our pets there for any and all veterinary services. My dog was so enamored with the staff that she stood at the door waiting for them to return. I read some of the other reviews. My thoughts: I like having the card reader in the exam room, it is convenient bc I’m not wrangling my joyful dog while trying to pay a bill in the waiting room; veterinary services are expensive, doesn’t matter where you go - I don’t find them any more expensive than other vets; I love the plants in the waiting room, the environment feels calm, but I’m a gardener too, not a plant hater; I found the facility and staff to be clean and hygienic- more so than me and my pets 🤣. Overall, people have different personalities and should find a vet that they are comfortable with. For me, I think these guys are great!

BBB This place is EXPENSIVE. My dog’s dewclaw was hanging off by a thread and they charged me $900 to repair it! Since it was the only place open, I didn’t feel like I had another option. Here’s the worst part: When I picked my dog up from her nail surgery, they were making her walk inside of the clinic. SHE WAS IN NO CONDITION TO WALK! She kept falling down, her legs were shaking, (due to anesthesia) and the staff didn’t seem to care! She is a 40lb dog, and repeatedly falling on the floor after surgery could really harm her! She was going in and out of consciousness in my car on the way home. I was so afraid because she was unresponsive. Yes, this was after I payed nearly $1000! And I was given a dog in this state. When she was ready to be picked up, they didn’t call me, but called my emergency contact. Luckily my friend called me and told me. My friend also said “this isn’t the owner” and the vet still never called me. The service wasn’t genuine, it was unkind, and they did not seem to care about my pup at all, only the outrageous amount of money. Oh!!! And I was never allowed to speak to the actual vet!! I should have known from the start when I had to pay $98 for stepping foot into the clinic before they even touched my dog I would not trust them to take care of her again and I regret doing so in the first place. GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Way overpriced. They should be ashamed. Got quoted $3000 for a 3/4” laceration stitching. Went to Blue Pearl and got it done for $1250.
